Interior Painting
Walls, ceilings, doors and trim patched, caulked, sanded, primed and finished in two coats. A single room or a whole floor.
Interior Door Installation & Replacement
Pre-hung and pocket doors set plumb and centered, shimmed at the hinges and strike so they swing and latch without binding or dragging. The old door leaves with us.
Window & Storm Door Installation
Replacement windows and storm doors set level, plumb and square, then insulated, flashed and sealed so the opening stops drafting and sheds water at the sill.
Trim, Casing & Molding Installation
Baseboard, door and window casing, crown, chair rail and shoe molding installed with tight glued miters and coped inside corners that stay closed as the house moves through the seasons. Filled and caulked paint-ready.
Light Fixture & Ceiling Fan Replacement
Fixtures, ceiling fans and recessed lights swapped on existing wiring with a licensed electrician, with the box checked for proper support before anything heavy goes up.
Outlet, Switch & GFCI Replacement
Tired or unsafe outlets, switches and dimmers replaced with a licensed electrician, GFCI protection added where code calls for it, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed.
Fixture & Faucet Replacement

Yes. Fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, switches, dimmers and GFCI protection are handled with a licensed electrician. Toilets, sinks, faucets, disposals and bathroom hardware are swapped out and leak-tested.
Do you install appliances and take the old ones away?
Yes. Washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, range hoods and wine coolers are installed and tested, and the old unit is hauled away the same day.
